Benicia Biz Beat: New quilt store, studio opens on First Street

Tapestry Court Quilts, a long-arm quilting studio that also sells fine fabrics and notions, is open at 252 First St. The new store will sell fabrics by Loralie and Island Batiks, novelty prints for children and other material.
