A group of 14 teams will battle for top honors Saturday in the third annual Great Bowls of Chili Challenge at the Benicia Clock Tower. This year’s entries will be judged by U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson, D-Napa, Benicia police Lt. Frank Hartig and Benicia Herald advertising sales representative Angela Marchant.
