With all precincts reporting, Elizabeth Patterson maintains slight lead in mayoral race

Steve Young and Tom Campbell leading in city council race As of Wednesday morning with all precincts reporting, Mayor Elizabeth Patterson has a slight lead over her opponent Mark Hughes.
