Suspect accused in fatal stabbing in Vallejo

December 3, 2014 by Donna Beth Weilenman Leave a Comment

A 27-year-old Vallejo man has been arrested and accused in the murder of his uncle, who was found early Monday in his Vallejo back yard suffering from a stab wound, Capt. James O’Connell of Vallejo Police Department said.

Someone called Vallejo police at 12:05 a.m. Monday to report an altercation at a home in the 100 block of Prestwick Street, and when officers arrived five minutes later, they found Billy Adolph, O’Connell said.

“Life-saving efforts were employed; however, Adolph could not be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene,” he said.

Police detained another man who lived at the home, and ultimately placed him under arrest, accusing him of murder, O’Connell said.

He said that man has been identified by police as Eduardo David Jr., Adolph’s nephew. David has been taken to Solano County Jail, Fairfield.
