The St. Patrick-St. Vincent High boys varsity volleyball team swept visiting St. Mary’s last Thursday, 25-8, 25-13, 25-14.

Max King had a team-high six kills for the Bruins, who improved to 19-7 overall and 14-0 in the Tri-County Athletic League. SPSV has won seven straight regular season league championships and hasn’t lost a league match since 2008.

Other standouts for the Bruins on Thursday were Ryan Manuel (10 assists, three aces), Deo Boongaling (four kills, three aces) and Alex Olmes (five aces).

The Bruins host Salesian for Senior Night this Wednesday.
