Feelings now enfold me,
Of depths of sea so blue.
Waves, with white foam falling shoreward,
Each moving nearer you.
Towards miles of gleaming beaches,
Where one with tanned brown skin,
Stands waiting, looking seaward,
And thinks of what had been.
Little brown girl lovely,
With long hair, dark and clean,
Within me you stay always,
For no other have I seen.
