Councilmember Tom Campbell (center) joins (left to right) Benicia Police Department Volunteer Coordinator Patti Baron, City Manager Lorie Tinfow, Police Chief Erik Upson and Solano County Supervisor Monica Brown in cutting the ribbon for the opening of a new prescription drug drop box in front of the Police Department on Friday. The drop box is intended to be a place for people to dispose of their unwanted prescription pills in a safe, environmentally friendly manner. The box is accessible to the public 24/7.
