It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas on First Street. This is certainly true at Pups 'N' Purrz, where an inflatable golden retriever named Santa Paws sits atop the store's roof to welcome customers and passers-by with a little holiday spirit. With 10 days left to shop, the Herald hopes everyone is having a warm and fuzzy holiday season. (P
