Final day to RSVP is today

SolTrans Chairwoman and Benicia Mayor Elizabeth Patterson will be hosting a town hall discussion on the bus system’s Route 20, which stretches from Benicia to Vallejo. As a bonus, attendees will be able to ride the route as they take part in the discussion.

The “Mobile Town Hall” will give residents a chance to provide feedback on the local transit system and make suggestions for improvements. The event is free, and all members of the public are invited to attend. They may board the bus at any designated bus stop along Route 20.

The discussion will be held from 10:45 to 11:25 a.m., Friday, Nov. 4. The starting point is at the Rancho Benicia bus stop, located at the corner of 3rd and H streets, and the route will end at the Sereno Transit Center in Vallejo. A special shuttle will be provided at the transit center at approximately 11:25 a.m. for anyone who desires to return to their bus stop of origin.
