GOD APPEARED TO NOAH
And he bade him build an Ark
He warned of dire catastrophe
The future would be dark
Noah asked, “How large my Lord?”
And God said, “Build it big.
“It has to hold all creatures
of the Earth, both sheep and pig.
“Two elephants, two antelope,
two monkeys and two snakes.
“Two of every species
and your family you’re to take.”
Noah set to work and toiled
Until God’s will was done
Then clouds began to gather
Blocking out the blazing sun
So Noah saved the world you see
I’ll leave you with this note
Let’s live in peace ‘cause after all
We all sail in one boat
