4 Steps take the Chihuahua, trying to keep up with his owner
His little legs are pumping, as to not become a loner
Living life so little, is a challenge that’s for sure
It takes a larger heart, and a devotion that is pure
Some of them when petted, shrivel up and start to shutter
A sorry sight so pitiful, will melt a heart like butter
Others always challenge bigger dogs; I don’t know why
They bark their little barks and snap, big dogs ignore their cry
I look on the bright side, they don’t cost that much to feed
They’re full of friskied frenzy, more than any other breed
If you want to buy one, best to buy them by the pound
It’s just a couple pesos, for each tiny little hound
