Benicia’s girls finished with 24 points to finish well ahead of second-place American Canyon. Benicia’s boys finished with 31 points, two points shy of Vanden (29 points).

Hannah Keala finished fourth for Benicia’s girls with a time of 25.07. Teammate Rachel Kravitz came in sixth (26.04), Rayna Fitzgerald (27.24) was ninth place and Asha Woodmansee (27.46) finished 11th.

Daylon Garcia came in second (19.01) in the boys race, with Jacob Hoenig taking fifth (19.52) and James Hanzel finishing 12th (21.14).
