Oil container rupture, small fire at Lake Herman Road plant

A 30,000-gallon drum containing asphalt oil ruptured Monday at Syar Industries, 885 Lake Herman Road, Vallejo, causing a small insulation fire, Vallejo Fire Department Capt. Arthur Gonzales of said.
