Problems come and problems go
Some come fast and others, slow.
Some last long
While some are short
They can be of any sort
Some cause headaches
Some cause gas, among
Both poor and upper class
They play no favorites;
They’re universal
They need
No fancy dress rehearsal
They plague both young
And old alike;
They pick –
The oddest times to strike
They often seem so catastrophic
And can cover every topic
They usually cause a mass confusion
And seldom reach a sound conclusion
Funny then, I thought today
How heavy on my mind they prey;
And yet, no matter how we take them
Problems are — just what WE make them!
