Photo: Former Falcons return to their nest

June 7, 2018 by Editor 1 Comment

Shannon Sweeney, Benicia High School’s Associated Student Body senior president (Right), gives high fives to students at Mary Farmar Elementary School. Sweeney was one of many graduating Panthers to return to their elementary school alma maters for Benicia High’s annual Senior Parade. Seniors paraded the hallways of their former schools, received congratulations from fifth-graders– and in some cases, giant gold stars and drawings. The seniors who visited Farmar even got to play on the playground one last time, and then they went to the Multi Purpose Room where they took questions from graduating fifth-graders.
