Coffee shop Farm & Flour will be moving into the space at 700 First St. previously occupied by Studio 41, which had its final sale in January after 27 years of operation. The new establishment boasts a “wholesome and neighborly” environment where patrons can enjoy coffee, bread, brunch and lunch, according to its website at FarmAndFlour.com.
