To see her is to take a sudden chill. Farnsworth’s Dance Academy’s Cruella de Vil-inspired mannequin won first place in the “People’s Choice” category in Benicia Main Street’s 2017 Scarecrow. Trailing just behind Cruella were the City’s Attorney Office with a scarecrow “six feet under in contracts” in second place and Training Loft 714’s unicorn girl in third place.
