Benicia City Hall and other administrative offices will be closed for the holidays starting Monday through Dec. 26, and will be closed again Jan. 1, City Manager Brad Kilger said.

Among the other buildings closed will be Benicia Public Library and the administrative offices of Benicia Fire Department, Kilger said. Benicia Public Library will reopen for business at noon on Dec. 27.

Benicia Police and Fire departments will not be affected by the closures, Kilger said.

Those needing help during the closures or who have requests for emergency water or sewer service may contact Benicia Police Department, 200 East L St., at 707-745-3412.

Other telephone and emailed messages will be returned when City Hall reopens, Kilger said.
