August 2, 2017 by Editor Leave a Comment

Invitation to BBQ

I would like to invite everyone to the United Democrats’ of Southern Solano County annual BBQ. It will take place at at the Vallejo Community Center (225 Amador St.) from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday Sept. 10. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online at https://secure.actblue.com/donate/udemsbbq or by sending a check to PO Box 1349 Vallejo, CA 94591.
The United Democrats has been at the forefront of fighting for progressive causes and candidates in our area. Our funds raised from this event will help to to continue our support for progressive candidates and causes. Money raised in the past has gone to support Solano Supervisor Monica Brown, Benicia Mayor Elizabeth Patterson, Benicia Vice Mayor Steve Young, Vallejo Mayor Bob Sampayan and Vallejo Vice Mayor Robert McConnell. The United Democrats has also been a leading force in opposing the proposed toxic cement plant in south Vallejo.
We are a people powered organization fighting for everyday residents of our area. We will continue to fight for you. Coming to the BBQ is a way you can support our efforts. Any questions can be sent to me at hallett87@gmail.com. We look forward to seeing you!

Stephen Hallet,
president of the United Democrats of Southern Solano County; Vallejo
