The way the game of life is played, depends upon your hand
The skill with which each card is played’s, the measure of the man
Some play on and others fold, some push their chips all in
And then it’s up to skill and chance, to see which ones will win
Some players tip their hands; they never learned the art of bluff
Some men play forever but, they never win enough
As for me; my luck’s so-so; my life’s sometimes a scuffle
Play on I must, but may I please, request another shuffle????
