STARBOUND THEATRE WILL HAVE AN OPEN HOUSE at 5:30 p.m. April 13 and a parent orientation at 6:30 p.m. the same day at Benicia Veterans Memorial Building, 1150 First St., as it plans its production, “Annie Jr.”
The Suisun City-based youth theater program that operates in Solano and Napa counties is enrolling children ages 7 to 18, and rehearsals will start April 27. The cast will rehearse from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Registration and materials are $300; registration after April 25 is $325. Scholarships, payment plans and fundraising are available.
Staci Arriago is the choreographer; Vivian McLaughlin, who appeared in Disney’s “Out of the Box,” is the music director; and David Rodgers Jr., artistic director of Starbound Theatre, is the director.

Vallejo seeks housing specialist supervisor
The city of Vallejo is seeking a housing specialist supervisor. Those interested may check that city’s human services Web page on the city website, ci.vallejo.ca.us.
Closing date to apply is May 1. Salary range for the full-time job is $29.20 to $35.49 an hour. The supervisor works in the Community Development-Housing Division at 200 Georgia St., Vallejo, under the department of the city manager.
Solano/Napa Employer Advisory Council to present ADD compliance program
The Solano/Napa County Employer Advisory Council will give small business owners a chance to learn how to address compliance with disability requirements during a program at 8 a.m. April 30 at Meritage Resort and Spa, Napa.
Rachel Shaw, of Shaw Human Resources Consulting, will be the speaker.
