A free seminar Wednesday will guide homeowners and answer their questions about selling their houses, said Nicole Monary of Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific and Property, the event’s sponsor.
Homeowners who are thinking about selling can get advice to help them decide whether this is the right time to sell a house.
Other topics to be covered are loan modifications, short sales, refinancing, Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), debt forgiveness and how to determine how much a home is worth.
Questions from those attending are welcome, and will be answered by the seminar’s panel that includes an attorney, a mortgage lender, a short sales manager and local real estate agents.
Those attending will not be under any obligation, and the information is free, Monary said.
The seminar will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Solano Association of Realtors, 1302 Springs Road, Vallejo.
Seating is limited, and those who want to attend may register at cbspeducation.com to assure a place at the seminar.
Monary is a full-time professional licensed Relator with 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is on the Agent Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Solano Association of Realtors.
