Benicia Biz Beat: 8 new businesses in city

BENICIA HAS EIGHT NEW BUSINESSES coming to town, according to information from the Economic Development Office.

Lynne Parella is opening her Lynne Parella’s Studio at 372 First St. Also opening on First Street is Spoiled Brat Fashion, owned by Haihang Guo, at 374 First St.

Also in the downtown area are RPM Mortgage, 376 First St., and 110 East D St., Suite C, owned by Rob and Tracey Hirt.

The Cottage Massage and Body Spa, also called Coffee Break Massage Company, 121 East F St., is owned by Cynthia Mulks.

In other parts of Benicia, NHT Audio, a warehouse for the existing business owned by Trascustic LLC, is opening at 533 Stone Road.

Camari Henderson is opening Camari Henderson Design at 1350 Hayes St., Suite C-4.

Dollar Tree No. 5179 is moving into the Southampton Shopping Center at 856 Southampton Road.

Benicia Biker Barre LLC, owned by Jasmine Powers and Lee Sutherland, is opening at 991 Lincoln St.
