Governor signs Bonilla bills on parking fees, school residency
Gov. Jerry Brown has signed two bills introduced by Susan Bonilla, D-Concord, who represents Benicia in the the state Assembly. Brown announced Tuesday he has signed Bonilla’s Assembly Bill 1101, co-authored by Assemblymember Cristina Garcia, an addition to the state’s Education Code.
