A former Benicia Arsenal employee who moved to Benicia in 1940 has celebrated her 103rd birthday, her son, Kenneth Butler, said. Rosalie Butler marked the occasion with a barbecue at Butler’s home in Benicia. “She said that she loved the barbecue. She still has an amazing appetite,” Kenneth said.
