Special to the Herald
Hello, I am back! Thank you to the Benicia Herald for allowing me the opportunity to coordinate my “Ask Ellen” column with each of you and to be back into your lives every other week.
My mission here is to put your thoughts, concerns as well as your compassionate experiences and most importantly your humor into our column for the seniors of the North Bay to enjoy and to share their responses with us. Please remember this column belongs to all of us.
Let’s start off our next column with your favorite “PET” story. Nothing brings smiles to our faces better than a loving, humorous pet story.
Next, please share with us your favorite celebrity of the ’50s through the ’90s and why they are your favorite.
We each have fond memories of our education years, so let’s share the name/school of your favorite teacher and why.
Lastly, If, you are raising or helping raise grandchildren tell us about a funny incident (Kids are fun).
Family Funding will have a monthly drawing for breakfast for two to a nice local restaurant.
I have found tremendous satisfaction when I go out of my way to share a kind word or two with a person that appears to be in need of some interaction. You will both feel good about doing this.
Please mail your thoughts and ideas to:
