BENICIA – The 28th annual season of the Benicia Certified Farmers Market will open on Thursday, June 4 from 4-8 p.m.
Best practices will be implemented to protect customers, farmers and staff to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, with guidance provided by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), California Department of Food and Agriculture, and California Alliance of Farmers Markets.
The market location is on First Street between B & D streets. This portion of the street will be closed to non-market traffic at 3 p.m. to allow time for vendor set-up and vehicle removal. Please remind employees and customers to move their vehicles prior to 3 p.m. There will be no parking signs posted to help remind everyone. The Benicia Police Department will tow vehicles if not removed by the 3 p.m. street closure.
